This section will highlight some of Z
Bone's favorite dancer songs. Keep in mind that these songs are picked
specifically for dancers to strip to. An integral part of dancing is the
music that can enhance the experience. Some songs can evoke a certain sexy
mood, while others can simply create an upbeat feeling for everyone. The
right music for the dancer can make the experience more pleasurable for the
customer and thus make more money for the dancer.
Fun For Me
By Moloko
Frankly, Fun For Me (track 1) is the only
good song on the
Do You
Like My Tight Sweater? CD. However, this song has a very unique
sound to it that is perfect for dancers. This song was used in the
Batman &
Robin soundtrack. In the movie, this song is used as Robin
and Batgirl enter the motorcycle racing contest. I didn't really care for
the movie but this song stands out as a winner.
Once again, the song I've selected starts with a memorable introduction,
followed by an unusual up tempo beat that picks up as the song continues.
The female vocal is also a little raspy and jazzy but the sound is
somewhat techno. As with other memorable songs for dancers, this one
catches the attention of the customers without being too strange.

After Dark
By Tito & Tarantula
This song from the
Dusk
Till Dawn soundtrack CD (track 13) is written by Tito
Larriva & Steven Huffsteder. The song is played in the movie during the
scene where Salma Hayek (playing a stripper) dances with a albino snake at
a fictional strip club called the Titty Twister in Mexico somewhere. Later
in the movie, all the strippers turn into vampires. The movie itself turns
into a somewhat nonsensical horror movie, but the music is good.
This particular song I've selected is not too slow tempo but is somewhat
upbeat and has a sweet guitar riff to start off the song in the right sexy
mood. It has a latin flavor but not overly so. Moreover, the song builds
to a climax, which is always good for strip club dance action. This song
can become instantly recognizable and can be a good cue to the customer
that their favorite dancer is coming to the stage.
